MARIELLA BURANI
In 1960 the married couple Walter and Mariella Burani found a small firm in Cavriago. In the beginnging the company manufactures and distributes children's apparel. Ten years later a diversification is undertaken into women pret-a-porter garments. In the 1980s the company's focus is on the license agreements and opening of single brand boutiques. In the 1990s a couple of important license agreements are singed: in 1993 with Valentino for production and distribution of Carisma and Carisma Rouge; in 1996 with Gai Mattiolo pret-a-porter and comfortable size collections; 1997 with Gai Mattiolo for production and distribution worldwide of Gai Mattiolo Fashion Jeans collections; in 1999 with Calvin Klein for production and distribution of the women's collection line. In the same time Mariella Burani Fashion Group acquired Dimensione Moda and Mila Schon. In the next years plenty of new stores open. Today, notwithstanding the difficult macro-economic environment, Mariella Burani Fashion Group grows continuously. We offer consultancy in negotiating standard franchising contracts between You and Malo company.
