NINA RICCI
Maria Nelli known as Nina Ricci was born in Turin, Italy but she moved to France when se was 12. It was only one year later, at the tender age of 13 that she started with her career in fashion working as an apprenticeship at a dressmaker. In 1904 she married a jeweller named Luigi Ricci and they had a son named Robert in 1905. At the age of 50, Madame Ricci decided to open her own house in Paris. Today, Nina Ricci, French couturier, is most famous for her Haute Couture collections, personifying French chic, as well as her much celebrated perfumes. Her ultra-feminine style, which broke away from the flapper style of the twenties, created a buzz around her. In the 1940s, with years of success behind her, the designer turns to fragrance with the debut of L'air du temps. With her house in full expansion, Ricci died in 1970. Today, the house is still one of the top Parisian leaders in luxury fashion, fragrance and cosmetics. We guarantee authentic import/exports of clothes and perfumes of Nina Ricci.
